Have you thought about contacting the town, county, library, ECC, Chamber, etc to have links to this website added to theirs? Also maybe mentioned in the Daily Southerner somewhere?
It would be great for more people to read and comment on topics.

Not only have we thought about it, we have actually contacted all of the above organizations. The Southerner has run some helpful articles, but it will take continued exposure to get the word out. How can YOU help us spread the word? Would you like to attend one of our meetings? Pass out flyers? Everyone is welcome!

I hate to say that we can not advertise http://www.gotarboro.com. That would be showing favoritism to one of the many municipalities in Edgecombe County. The Government website cannot be used for advertising only to inform the municipalities for services that the Government has to offer and information.

Have you sent in the 2nd Saturdays info to the ncfestivals.com website yet? They have listings for all kinds of events, one-offs and recurring, for towns all over the state. Might be some good publicity.

I just took a look at www.ncfestivals.com and to post events we must join. The fee is $125, which is not bad, but I may have to wait a few days to be certain what our spendable budget is.
I do have the June 14 T2S listed on www.festivalsandevents.com . That listing was free. I've been adding the event to calendars wherever I find them.
